Our Project Managers have wide ranging experience of managing large (£multi-million) and small projects over short and long periods of time, within a diverse range of industries. We typically provide the following services:
- Assist with definition of client requirements
- Design of project specification
- Full project costings & budgeting
- Sourcing & negotiation of best value suppliers, materials and equipment
- Hiring & day to day management of Subcontractors / project personnel
- Liaison with external bodies e.g. Utilities, Local Authorities, Architects etc.
- Liaison with internal customer designated management
- Project tracking and milestone review procedures
- Commissioning & Quality Assurance procedures
- Post project review
